Platinum Recruitment is working in partnership with a popular Mediterranean restaurant who are looking for an experienced Head Chef to join their busy team.

This amazing restaurant and is less than a year old. Everything about the restaurant screams Mediterranean from the décor to the menu and it's the special welcome you get means it is rapidly growing in reputation for serving outstanding food.
The 'small plates' menu has everything you would expect to see on a tapas board and these are elevated to the highest possible level in taste and presentation.
Thie restaurant is privately owned with the owner having daily input however they now need a Head Chef to take the reins in the kitchen.
What's involved?
As Head Chef you will have a wealth of experience in both fine dining and Mediterranean style cookery. You will have flair and ability in abundance and will bring that to the kitchen team to get the very best out of them.
As Head Chef you will be an excellent communicator as well as being a first class chef and people manager.
The restaurant has a rapidly growing reputation and you are going to build on this to take it to the next level.
