About the Role:
We are currently recruiting for a dedicated Mobile Caretaker on behalf of our client. As a Mobile Caretaker, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the appearance and functionality of various properties and sites. This position offers a dynamic work environment where no two days are the same.
Daily Duties:
Perform general landscaping to keep sites and properties looking their best.
Tidy and maintain properties and locations to ensure they are well-presented.
Undertake general handy work around properties, including minor repairs and maintenance tasks.
Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently and effectively.
Clean properties when required to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
Requirements:
Valid manual driving licence with no more than 6 points.
Positive, can-do attitude with a proactive approach to work.
Ability to think outside the box and come up with creative solutions to various challenges.
Experience in similar roles is beneficial but not essential; a willingness to learn is key.
