Our hotel client is conveniently located in the West End and is within walking distance from Regent's Park. Offering great accommodation, a bar and restaurant serving a wholesome Bristish menu. This is a group location and opportunity to join an expanding group of hotels.

What is involved?

As Night Manager your duties will include but not limited to:

  • Responsible for the full night operations including managing the night team and ensuring all duties are performed to a high standard
  • Dealing with guest requests or issues as and when they arise
  • Handling of any emergency
  • Completing night audit and other administrative tasks
  • Ensuring the safety and security of the building

Previous experience as a hotel Night Supervisor or Night Manager within a 4star hotel background is desired. Strong leadership with an excellent working knowledge of full night audit procedures and Opera PMS is essential as well as being organised and being a team player.
