My client, a leading Planning Consultancy who provide planning advice on all planning related matters is looking for an experienced Senior Town Planner to join the team. They work on a diverse range of projects throughout the UK including Residential, Retail & Leisure, Healthcare & Education, Energy & Renewables, Infrastructure, Regeneration, Commercial, Townscape & Heritage and Minerals & waste.

The Position as a Senior Town Planner
The position as a Senior Town Planner is for a proactive individual. The successful candidate will have full membership with the RTPI, and relevant consultancy experience. As a Senior Town Planner, you will be meaningfully engaged in conducting research and site appraisals, prepare, submit, and negotiate planning applications, respond to development plan consultations, and be confident working independently and managing a team.
