What you'll be doing:
Provide administrative support to the financial planners.
Prepare and manage client documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Maintain client records and update internal systems.
Coordinate and schedule client meetings.
Assist with the preparation of reports and presentations.
Handle client inquiries and provide excellent customer service.What you need to apply:
Previous experience in a financial planning or similar administrative role.
Strong understanding of the advice process.
Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in financial planning software (preferred).
