* Supporting primary aged learners with SEND in their educational and personal development.
* Collaborating with teachers and specialists to implement tailored learning plans.
* Assisting in creating a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
* Providing one-on-one or small group support as needed.
* Monitoring progress and reporting back to the teaching team.
Requirements:
* Enhanced DBS check on the update service, or willingness to apply through AK Teaching.
* Comfortable working with a range of ages, as required by the school.
* Previous experience in an SEND setting is highly advantageous.
