Responsibilities include:

Looking after a portfolio of central London residential blocks

Maintenance of the communal areas

Liaising with contractors regarding maintenance and major works

Producing and managing service charge budgets across the portfolio
*
Ability to work closely with clients and deliver what you say you will
*
Support from an assistant
Skills required:
*
Solid experience within the residential block property management sector
*
Good customer service and attention to detail
*
Understanding service charge budgets
*
IRPM or TPI qualification preferred but not essential
