Qualifications

Degree level qualification in HR or closely aligned subject, along with a proven track record with hands on experience

Sound knowledge of HR practices and a keen grasp of employment legislation.

Excellent interpersonal, influencing, and decision-making abilities.

Line management or mentoring experience.
*
Familiarity with Breathe HR software.
*
Previous head office environment experience.
*
CIPD membership.
