This Lettings Valuer role holds immense promise, so we're seeking an individual who can contribute their expertise in client/landlord management, understand of the entire lettings process, and be confident in guiding others through these intricacies. Key Responsibilities

As a Lettings Valuer at Johns&Co, you will:

Arrange and carry out Market Appraisals.nContinuously source new business opportunities.nGain comprehensive knowledge of the surrounding area, including schools, developments, and local amenitiesnPlay a key role in helping to grow and maintain our managed portfolio.nStay up-to-date with market trends and Lettings legislations.

Who We're Looking For

To excel in this role, you'll need:

Previous experience in client/landlord management.nComprehensive understanding of the entire lettings process and current legislationnKnowledge of new builds and the completions process.nConfidence in independent work and innovative strategies for sourcing business.nARLA Qualified

(desirable)nDriving Licence

(essential)nStrong negotiation abilities.
