Job Title: Centre-Based Outreach & Online Tutor
Contract Type: Permanent
Our client is seeking several experienced Outreach Tutors to support learners working towards their qualifications. The role involves a combination of centre-based and community-based teaching, with occasional online delivery. Promote learning opportunities and recruit learners to suitable provision.
Identify learners' training and support needs and adapt delivery accordingly.
Liaise with training staff to obtain suitable project work for learners.
Develop and manage partnerships with local partners.
Ensure compliance with equal opportunities policies and safeguarding regulations.
Commitment to diversity and integrity.
Building effective relationships.
Experience supporting the delivery and testing of vocational qualifications.
Functional Skills Level 2 in Maths/English/ICT.
Recognized teaching qualification (e.g., GCSE English Language or equivalent (Grade A*-C).
This role may require working from other training centres across Lancashire.
