This Domestic postis designed to provide cover 7 days a week to domestic services. We need aflexible domestic assistant to maintain high standards of cleanlinessthroughout the site. This post require a flexible approach to work and workroutine as your shift rota may vary from week to week and in some cases willvary. Domestic experience is preferred but not essential (full training isprovided)
Main duties of the job
To provide excellent standards of cleanliness whilstworking to cleaning schedules relevant to allocated areas within theorganisation
Tobe flexible on a day to day basis moving area to area and across departments(within Domestic Services) based on service needs or staffing requirements.
Carryout high level dusting/cleaning, enhanced cleans, terminal cleans, rubbish,refilling domestic supplies, floor scrubbing with the correct machinery within domesticservices, i.e. floor cleaning equipment, wall washing and deep cleaning asrequired. Flexible support is expected during times of service escalation.
Liaisewith ward/dept. staff as necessary (as well as Domestic Manager).
