The role

The Sales Support Administrator will be based within the Sales Department and is fixed term contract for maternity cover. The role will work closely with the Head of UK Sales and cross functional departments to ensure smooth administration and logistics co-ordination of the sales function. The successful candidate will be expected to communicate plans to senior stakeholders within the business on a regular basis. The successful applicant should be highly organised, conscientious, be able to plan and prioritise their work and possess excellent communication skills.

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Prioritise workload whilst communicating efficiently and effectively with all Norton personnel.
  • Sales Administration duties, including finance, DVLA, Payments.
  • Keep accurate records for all customers and data management.
  • Managing all documentation regarding the sale of on-road motorcycles.
  • Have a passion for the Norton motorcycle brand, history, and products.
  • Support and assist in the co-ordination of all Norton events where necessary.
  • Flexible working hours with some weekend/evening work.
  • Co-ordinate Road freight collections/deliveries from Europe and UK.
  • Co-ordinate Air Freight collections/Deliveries through agent from Worldwide.
  • Co-ordinate Sea Freight collections through agents from Worldwide.
  • Manage Courier collections / delivery from UK, Europe and Worldwide.
  • Managing third party transport contracts for supply of bikes to the UK dealer network.
  • TMaintaining Organszation of internal Warehouse.
  • Co-ordinating MSVA bookings & vehicle movements in SAP.
  • Invoicing of motorcycles to the UK dealer network.

Personal Specification

  • Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Catalyst)
  • Be highly motivated and organised.
  • Demonstrate initiative, a positive attitude and integrity.
  • Possess excellent interpersonal skills and be able to work as part of a team.
