Role: EUD Field Engineer (End User Devices)

Location: Hybrid, Home + frequent travel to Hampshire sites etc.

Rate: £250 per day Inside IR35 (there is use of vehicle and fuel card for site visits)

Duration: 6 months likely to renew - start October 2024


Key Skills: Flexibility regards frequent travel, end user device, (mobile, laptop, hardware peripherals etc.), installation, repair and connectivity to networks). Device hardware and peripherals, MS Windows 10, Azure AD, SCCM, voice comms etc.)

The Role: To provide a reliable and swift field-based service for the installation and support of all end user ICT and voice devices across a wide geographical area.


The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:


  • 2+ years proven experience in a field based role
  • 4+ years' experience in IT equipment installation, repair and connectivity to networks
  • You must reside in the Hampshire area and be able /willing to undertake frequent travel to Hampshire sites, (Monday to Friday)
  • Desktop skills to include setting up Users connectivity to Windows 10, in addition to utilising Azure AD, SCCM and any voice comms.
  • Experience responding to service tickets and responding within SLA's
  • Confident communication skills, both with end Users and third-party suppliers.
  • Clean and current UK driving license and willingness to use vehicle to travel for frequent travel to sites, (a rental vehicle can be available for outside of commutable areas)
  • Current NPPV3, SC or DV clearance would be highly advantageous. Eligibility is essential (see below)


***You MUST be a full time Resident of the UK and have the right to work in the UK without the need for VISA sponsorship. You need to have lived and worked in the UK for the last 5 years without any extended periods outside of the UK in that time in order to be eligible for the required level of security vetting, (NPPV3) ***
