We are seeking an enthusiastic and friendly Creative Activities Team Member to lead a variety of hands-on workshops, from crafting and painting to DIY souvenirs. If you love being creative, enjoy working with people, and are ready to create memorable experiences, this role could be your perfect fit
Key Responsibilities
- Host and facilitate arts and crafts sessions, guiding guests of all ages through creative projects.
- Set up, organise, and maintain materials for all activities, ensuring a clean and inviting space.
- Provide step-by-step guidance and encouragement, helping guests feel confident and enjoy their creations.
- Engage guests with friendly and enthusiastic interactions, creating a warm and fun atmosphere.
- Maintain high standards of safety, ensuring guests, particularly children, enjoy activities safely and responsibly.
- Support other activities and events as required, helping guests make the most of their holiday.
Requirements
- Experience in arts, crafts, or a similar creative field is beneficial but not essential—training will be provided.
- A positive, friendly attitude with strong communication skills.
- Enthusiasm for working with people of all ages and creating memorable experiences.
- Ability to work well in a team, with a flexible approach to tasks.
- Strong organisational skills, with an eye for detail.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and bank holidays.
This opportunity requires the new candidate to undergo, and satisfactorily complete, an Enhanced DBS check prior to starting work.
