The day to day
* Assisting in providing a comprehensive HR administration service.
* Ensuring all employee records are accurate and properly maintained as well as acting a systems administrator for the HR system.
* Providing support during recruiting and onboarding process from interviewing through to inductions.
* Managing the HR inbox, responding to internal/external queries.
* Assisting the accounts department to ensure accurate payroll.
* Managing and monitoring absences and relevant information.
* Compiling various HR related reports and assisting on HR projects when required.
You will have/be
* Previous experience within an administrative/HR function.
* Excellent communication skills, confident liaising across all levels of an organisation.
* Detail oriented, with a high level of accuracy in your work.
* Confident user of Microsoft Office suite.
* Full UK driving license required due to location.
