Senior Project Manager

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Project Manager to join our client as they embark on a significant initiative to modernise their HR systems, procedures, and methodology.
You will spearhead the system implementation project within this transformative programme , leveraging your expertise to help fulfil the ambition of becoming an employer of choice and to enable their staff to flourish.
Previous experience of leading application implementations such as ERP, Finance, HR or payroll related projects/programmes is needed as is experience of the full SDLC.
You will need to have;
- Previous experience working as a Senior Project Manager in a large complex organisation
- A track record of delivering complex applications into organisations
- Experience with matrix management, strong leadership skills to guide cross-functional teams, inspire collaboration, and maintain focus on project goals.
- Sound track record of initiating and managing large-scale projects within a complex organisation.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects within a programme. Ability to prioritise, delegate and execute tasks in an environment with competing demands.
- Ability to build effective relationships with, and command the respect of, a wide range of stakeholders, including senior staff members, influencing as necessary and resolving conflict.
- Demonstrably strong influencing, negotiating and communications skills with the ability to listen and respond to the needs of a wide range of stakeholders at all levels.
- Analytical skills with the ability to assess complex data, generate effective solutions and make effective decisions.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as an ability to communicate technical and complex messages effectively with all levels of staff
