They are currently seeking a skilled Product Developer to join their NPD Team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the creation of innovative food products.
Position Overview:
The company is looking to add a Product Developer to their NPD Team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and launching new food products. If you have a passion for food innovation and a track record of success in product development, this position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact within a growing company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new food product concepts and formulations.
- Conduct research and experimentation to create innovative and marketable products.
- Coordinate product trials and sensory evaluations to ensure quality and consistency.
- Work closely with suppliers to source high-quality ingredients and materials.
- Develop and maintain product specifications and documentation.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and consumer preferences to drive innovation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
- Previous experience in product development within the food industry is preferred.
- Strong culinary skills and creativity.
- Excellent project management and organisational abilities.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
