*Responsibilities: *
* Prepare and execute a variety of pastry items
* Collaborate with the pastry team to ensure high-quality desserts
* Monitor and maintain inventory of pastry ingredients
* Follow established recipes and presentation standards
* Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations
* Train and mentor junior pastry staff
* Contribute to menu development and innovation in the pastry section
* Maintain a clean and organised pastry kitchen

*Requirements:*
* Previous experience as a Pastry Chef
* Pastry or baking certification
* Knowledge of various pastry techniques and desserts
* Attention to detail and precision in pastry preparation
* Strong teamwork and communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Creativity in pastry presentation
