A leading removals company are looking for a Move Coordinator to join their team based in Surrey.

The Move Coordinator will manage the full household goods removals process, partnering with corporate clients throughout their domestic and international removals process and will be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction during the move.

Responsibilities:nEnsuring all internal teams and third-party vendors are providing a

consistently high level of service throughout the removals process.nMaintaining relationships with clients, and providing high levels of customer service at all times.nManaging the household goods removals process for a portfolio of clients, from initial client call to move completion.nActing as the primary point of contact for the assignee through the entire removals process.nLiaising with external vendors and other internal removal departments.nActively manage cases in line with KPIs, company standards, and specific client account policy guidelines.nTracking all relevant removal documentation, to ensure that other internal departments and third-party vendors receive these on time.nEnsure all household goods shipments are invoiced fully and on time and cover additional charges.nSeek and identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities, to promote and sell additional removal services wherever possible.nResponding to client queries and complaints, and identifying areas in need of improvement.nUsing your knowledge to seek the best rates and services from suppliers.nUpdating all systems and records as and when required.nMaximise profitability while maintaining removal service standards.

Desired Skills & Experienc e:nExperience working in the removal industry is essential.nInternational experience would be advantageous.nOutstanding communication skills both verbal and written.nA brilliant understanding of geography and cultures.nExcellent organisational skills, managing multiple projects.nAbility to work proactively and independently.nA positive, team-focused, 'can-do' attitude.nThe ability to manage and resolve conflicts or high-pressure situations.nFluency in English is essential, and additional languages are beneficial.nHigh-level working proficiency in all Microsoft Office programs.
