Interviews will be held week commencing 24th June 2024
- Undertaking core administrative activities for contract management including overseeing provider due diligence checks, managing communication with providers when notifying of changes to contracts, managing requests and coordinating arrangements required in relation to new contracts and changes to existing contracts.
- Contract monitoring - Track expiring contracts and coordinate the actions required, liaising with the assigned contract officer, Procurement, Legal, Finance, and Commissioning lead.
- Contract Management &a;ndash; carrying a small portfolio of low-risk contracts ensuring statutory compliance in the delivery of the services.
- Supporting the monthly Commissioning, Purchasing and Market Management Board meetings and supporting with minutes and agenda; Investigating and addressing issues
- Experience within a customer-focused service providing excellent customer service.
- Problem solving &a;ndash; To be able to take appropriate actions towards wide range of challenges to reach better understanding and outcome. s.
- Good level of digital literacy including use of Office software suites and flexible ways of working (e.g., video conferencing, remote working)
- Good numeracy and budget monitoring skills to interpret information
