We are currently looking for a Chemist to join a leading Chemical company based in the Oxfordshire area. As the Chemist you will be responsible for providing laboratory and technical support, collaborating closely with the analytical and formulation teams.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Your duties as the Chemist will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:
1. Uphold and actively contribute to the exceptional safety standards of the group.
2. Design and implement experimental programmes under guidance, ensuring meticulous execution.
3. Coordinate and oversee discrete work elements, including the arrangement of package and fuel blends, scheduling tests, and data analysis.
4. Engage in project teams, effectively presenting results and drawing conclusions to drive progress.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
To be successful in your application to this engaging role as the Chemist, we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:
1. A scientific degree in Chemistry or similar with proven experience in a laboratory setting.
2. Ability to drive work forward, meeting targets and deadlines with a strong sense of urgency.
3. Competence in data analysis, with the capability to draw conclusions and present findings clearly.
4. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work harmoniously within a team.
