Responsibilities

Work with the client to design and modify a cohesive framework of applications, integrations, data, security, SLAs, workflows, and processes in support of a global ServiceNow landscape spanning numerous instances.nService Portal design, often in support of custom applicationsnHands-on development experience of ServiceNow scripting like Business Rule, Script includes, Fix scripts workflows, UI Action, UI Policy, Client scripts, Email InboundnVery good experience of REST and SOAP based integration, scripted REST and SOAP API creationnExperienced in defining coding standards, leading upgrades , health scansnPrior experience in leading technical governance boards and solution reviewsnAbility to design end to end solutions to customer requirementsnProvide support of custom applications development and migrationnSupport Virtual Agent configuration and developmentnExperience in ServiceNow Mobile app developmentnWorked on any 3 of ITSM, CSM, HRSD, GRC, ITBM modulesnAdvanced knowledge of CSDM & CMDBnKnowledge of integration Hub and flow designer is a MUST.nExcellent knowledge of ServiceNow Best Practices, Custom apps , App Engine , PA.nActive CTA /CMA is mandatory

Requirements

8+ years of relevant experience with ServiceNow requirednAt least 2 of the below required along with an Active CTA or CMA :nCIS – ITSM certification preferrednCertified Application Developer (ServiceNow) preferrednCIS – Risk and Compliance certification preferrednCIS – Human Resources certification preferrednCIS – Risk and Compliance certification preferrednCIS – CSM certification preferrednCIS – Security Incident Response certification preferrednCIS – Vulnerability Response certification preferrednThorough understanding of ITIL frameworks and ITIL Foundations certification preferred.nBachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.nExcellent collaboration skills including analysis, brainstorming, communication, teamwork.nSelf-starter and innovator and willingness to lead.
