The Opportunity
In this role you will be a key business partner to the commercial team. You will build a solid understanding of the product Gross margin, advising on promotional mechanics, maintenance of and delivering insight through customer Cost Models.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensuring the deliverance of commercial finance daily / weekly reporting relating to Sales and Margin
* Business Partnering with the Commercial team, facilitating requests and delivering to time and accuracy
* Heavily involved in all meetings throughout the NPD lifecycle. Driving the finance agenda and challenging critical paths to ensure process is adhered to, without stifling developmental creativity.
* Overseeing the preparation of Product Costings through liaison with the NPD, Technical, Purchasing and Operational teams.

* AAT or equivalent. Working towards professional qualifications (ACCA/ACA/CIMA)
* Previous experience within a finance function
