About the role:
As our new EYFS Teacher, you will be joining a dynamic early years team dedicated to providing outstanding care and education. You will have the opportunity to create engaging learning experiences that spark curiosity and encourage children’s natural development across all areas of the Early Years Foundation Stage. Your role will involve working with a class of energetic and inquisitive children, guiding them through a play-based curriculum that lays the foundation for lifelong learning. You will foster a positive, safe, and stimulating classroom environment where every child feels valued and supported.
Application Requirements:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience working within the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• A passion for early years education and child development.
• Strong classroom management skills, with the ability to nurture and inspire young learners.
• The ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and carers to ensure every child’s success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Planning and delivering high-quality, engaging lessons tailored to meet the needs of early years learners.
• Monitoring and assessing pupil progress, ensuring all children achieve their potential.
• Creating a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.
• Collaborating with teaching assistants and support staff to enhance the learning experience for all pupils.
• Building positive relationships with parents, carers, and the wider community to support children’s development.
