We are very excited to be partnering with a UK headquartered, established SaaS organisation who are growing their Sales team and are looking for 2x Sales Consultants to join them in their Oxfordshire office. These opportunities are Hybrid with 3 days in the office + 2 days at home.
Responsibilities:
* Maximize Software & Service Revenue: Engage prospects actively and effectively to boost software and service sales.
* Detailed Solution Communication: Ensure prospects have a thorough understanding of the proposed solutions, services, and delivery mechanisms.
* Prospect Monitoring: Actively monitor prospects to support accurate sales forecasting and provide weekly lead status updates.
* Documentation Preparation: Prepare and submit Pre-Qualification Questionnaires (PQQ) and Requests for Information (RFI) documents.
* KPI Achievement: Meet and exceed Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets.
* Proactive Sales Approach: Take a proactive approach in both pre-sale and post-sale phases with internal colleagues to ensure seamless operations.
* Business Representation: Represent the company and its products and services both online and in person, including at events and exhibitions.
Requirements:
* B2B Consultative Sales Experience: Proven track record in B2B consultative sales.
* SaaS Experience: Experience working in a SaaS business is beneficial.
* Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to handle a variety of challenges, innovate, and think on your feet.
* Commercial Acumen: Strong understanding of business and commercial principles.
* Interpersonal Skills: Ability to influence, negotiate, and build rapport with clients and prospects.
