MMP is currently working with a Large Housing Association in Nottinghamshire who are seeking for a Disrepair Surveyor to join their team - please see the details below.
Role: Disrepair Surveyor
Pay: £300/Day Inside IR35
Contract Duration: 6 Months (possibility of extension)
Job Purpose:
Strong ability to deliver Reactive Repairs diagnosis and surveys from inspection to completion.
Be able to resolve complex building issues, disrepair cases and development of the responsive repairs team.
Comfortable building contractor relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Experienced in use of SOR, Basket rates, SCHOTT schedules.Job Requirements
Must be RICS Qualified or working towards RICS Qualification
