LETTINGS NEGOTIATOR – Residential Estate Agency
Location: Orpington, BR5
Salary: OTE £35k
Position: Permanent – Full Time
This successful Independent Estate & Lettings Agent with a thriving business in the South-East London / Kent area is seeking an ambitious experienced Lettings Negotiator to join their highly effective lettings team. (Salary based on experience and lettings qualifications).
You will need have a great track record in Residential Lettings; the ability to generate and win business from both Landlords and Tenants alike. You will be enthusiastic, energetic, proactive and be able to build a good rapport with people whilst consistently providing exceptional client service.

Skills: The skills required for this Lettings Negotiator role will include:
Previous Residential Lettings experience is essential
Proficient in customer care and front line sales
A desire to be successful within a residential Estate Agency
Be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Have an eye for detail and accuracy
Have a great telephone manner
Be well-presented, ambitious and self-motivated
Have a full UK driving license and car owner
Being based in South East London and knowing the area - helpful
