Our client is large high profile Digital group, this particular brand within the Group are a very successful full service Digital Marketing Agency that have won a vast array of awards, they work with some really major blue chip brands on fantastic projects. The Account Director will lead the account handling team, focused on delivering pro-active account management support to nominated clients as well as supporting the Client Services Director and Key Account Managers on larger agency clients

Main Responsibilities as Account Director

  • Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients as the Account Director and overseeing complex clients
  • Understand your clients’ business, markets and objectives
  • Guide your clients with the agency’s new innovative thinking
  • Deliver the best and most appropriate new media solutions
  • Produce monthly revenue & renewal forecasts and reports
  • Ensure that a central file is kept of essential client information
  • Monthly and quarterly client planning sessions and reviews with clients
  • Work to client profitability targets

What we'd like you to bring to the role:

  • Minimum three years experience in a Digital Agency, Marketing agency or similar environment
  • Consistent achievement of financial targets and ability to upsell to clients
  • Highly organised and able to manage documentation
  • High quality client service and rapport building skills
  • The ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment using high levels of initiative to deliver results
