Job Description :

We are seeking a talented Mid-Level Graphic Designer with strong skills in print media and intermediate proficiency in UI/UX design. The ideal candidate will excel in every step of the design process, collaborate seamlessly with multiple teams across the company, and transform ideas into visually compelling designs. A thorough understanding of branding, marketing, and user experience is essential.

Objectives of this role :

  • Collaborate with design teams in the US and China for seamless project workflows.
  • Design user interfaces and experiences for web and mobile applications.
  • Develop and maintain website design and layout, ensuring a user-friendly experience.
  • Stay informed about new design trends in UI/UX.
  • Assist the Sales team with presentations and required materials.
  • Work independently and collaboratively to meet deadlines and project schedules.

Responsibilities :

  • Maintain brand standards and create compelling packaging and print materials, as well as web content.
  • Develop high-quality user interfaces and experiences that are intuitive and engaging.
  • Ensure usability and accessibility standards are met across all digital platforms.
  • Manage the design and uploading process for all digital project materials using content management systems.
  • Utilize trend intelligence and market knowledge to suggest innovative UI/UX designs.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive and user-centered design solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

  • Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills.
  • 3+ years of experience in graphic design, focusing on packaging and print.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign).
  • Good understanding of web design principles and user experience design.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Intermediate skills in web design and UI/UX design.
  • Organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Desire to continue building skills through education and training.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications :

  • Experience in developing and maintaining user-centered web and mobile interfaces.
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in graphic design, UI/UX design, or a related discipline.
  • Proficiency in WordPress and other content management systems.
  • Knowledge of front-end web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
  • Experience in user research and usability testing.
  • Strong understanding of responsive design principles and accessibility standards.
  • Photography experience and proficiency with photo-editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop).
