Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maximize customer returns on Dynamics investments
  • Develop long-lasting and high-quality business relationships with clients
  • Understand client business strategies, requirements, and processes
  • Demonstrate future state solutions with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and related technologies
  • Support the development and expansion of solution footprints
  • Provide solution demonstrations and design bespoke solutions
  • Document Programme Solution Designs
  • Review functional specifications for complex integrations or significant module changes
  • Act as the single point design authority between Solution Architects
  • Guide Client Programme Directors & Project Managers
  • Share knowledge with project team members and other consultants

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and CRM
  • Strong understanding of business processes and related applications
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to design and document complex solutions
  • Proven track record in digital transformation and CRM implementation
