Air Tightness Tester
Our client is one of the top suppliers of testing, consulting, and assessment services to the UK building, remodelling, and development sectors. They are urgently looking for a trained Air Tightness Tester to join their team in the South East due to a significant increase in business.
Requirements:
A firm understanding of building regulations and the construction industry.
A good degree of numerical ability.
A relevant qualification in air tightness testing and a functional understanding of test guidelines and regulations are prerequisites.
Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.
Familiarity with IT software packages.
A valid driver's licence.Duties/Responsibilities:
Communicating with stakeholders on-site.
Gathering and evaluating test data and composing thorough reports.
Giving remedial advice when and if tests are unsuccessful.
Moving equipment from the lab to the testing location and assembling it.
Organising and creating test procedures.Benefits:
