Position Overview: We are seeking a talented Machine Learning Engineer to join a dynamic team and play a key role in developing and deploying Machine Learning solutions that drive business impact for our clients. The ideal candidate will be passionate about leveraging machine learning technology to solve real-world problems, with expertise in Python programming, building Chatbots, and large language models (LLMs).


Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to understand business requirements and design machine learning solutions that address our clients' needs.
  • Develop and deploy chatbot systems powered by large language models (LLMs) to automate and streamline business processes, such as customer support, sales, and operations.
  • Design and implement end-to-end machine learning pipelines for data preprocessing, feature extraction, model training, and deployment, using Python and machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
  • Optimize machine learning models for accuracy, speed, and scalability, considering factors such as data quality, computational resources, and business constraints.
  • Develop and maintain robust, scalable, and production-ready codebase for machine learning components, following best practices in software engineering and version control.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in machine learning, artificial intelligence, and fintech industry trends, and actively contribute to knowledge sharing and learning within the organization.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field from OxBridge or top Russell Group University.
  • Advanced degree (e.g., MSc or PhD) preferred.
  • Proven experience (2+ years) working as a Machine Learning Engineer or similar role, with a strong track record of developing and deploying machine learning solutions in production environments.
  • Proficiency in Python programming and experience with machine learning libraries and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
  • Experience with chatbot development frameworks and platforms (e.g., Dialogflow, Rasa) and knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) techniques and tools.
  • Familiarity with large language models (LLMs) such as GPT-3 or BERT, and experience with fine-tuning and deploying LLM-based applications is highly desirable.
  • Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment is a plus, with the ability to adapt to evolving priorities and requirements.
