Senior Quantity Surveyor - London - 6 month contract - £400-£450pd
We have a freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor vacancy. This is with a key client who are a reputable Highways and Civil Engineering Contractor.
Overview:
* My client is a leading Highways main contractor seeking a Senior QS with a strong background in managing contracts
* The business offers expertise in a number of specialisms from civil engineering, surfacing, street lighting, winter maintenance and utilities infrastructure.
* The company have an annual turnover in excess of £80m and manage over 9x London highways contracts with typical values ranging between £10-40m per annum.
Day-to-Day:
* The key criteria is that the candidate will be strong on contractual process and performance and also be able to form strong client relationships
* Managing and owning the Forecasting and Month end reporting/CVR (spreadsheet based) working closely with the Operational Lead
* Proficient with site measurement and capturing value against a schedule of rates
