Bouygues UK has an exciting opportunity available for a Graduate Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join our Commercial team in Cardiff. 
We are currently working on a number of diverse projects across the South Wales region, and have plenty more in the pipeline The successful graduate would be based from one of our sites in South Wales working on one of our upcoming projects. 
The Role:
The Graduate Assistant Quantity Surveyor will learn and develop the skills necessary to support commercial activity in the region. 
Key Responsibilities: 
Maximisation of commercial results of the project
Procurement of Sub-Contractors
Financial Control of Sub-Contractors
Delivery of monthly financial reports to forecast net margin & activity utilising the company tools, procedures & rules
Liaison and collaboration with the construction and design teams in all aspects of contractual activities 
The Graduate Assistant Quantity Surveyor will be enrolled onto our graduate programme which is a two-year structured training scheme. The programme is designed to enhance and develop soft skills and technical capability through a blend of classroom based learning and on the job training.
We will provide you with the support and mechanisms to build a successful career, including support with chartership.
What you`ll need:
A 2:1 (or above) in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management
A genuine interest in the construction industry
