About the job

Global market leader in digital reality solutions for the architectural engineering and construction market, combining sensor, software and autonomous technologies now seeks to recruit an experienced SaaS Sales Executive for a new business / hunter role. This is an excellent opportunity to join a company that is renowned for their innovative technology and premium products in a role where you will be the first sales executive in the UK to be selling their flagship SaaS offering to the UK market playing a pivotal role their sales team, contributing to the overall success and expansion of the UK (and global) business.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Acquiring new customers through successful prospecting and sales cycles, collaborating with cross-functional sales teams and client success functions if required.
  • Qualifying sales opportunities, setting customer expectations, handling negotiations, and accurately forecasting to management.
  • Adopting a consultative approach to understand customers’ business needs and handling aspects of the sales cycle to include proposal development and product demonstrations.
  • Working with other partners in the region to target, identify and close add-on business with existing customers.
  • Identify key players in a sector and build dedicated marketing campaigns in collaboration with the Marketing Manager.
  • Maintaining an accurate sales pipeline reporting and quarterly revenue goals within the CRM system.


What we are looking for:

  • 5+ years of selling enterprise SaaS products; specific experience of selling digital reality software or related technologies into the Architectural, Engineering and Construction market would be ideal but is not essential.
  • A proven track record of performance where you have met and exceeded monthly, quarterly, and annual targets and goals.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, confident and demonstrable experience of effectively communicate with C-Level Executives
  • Previous experience running sales presentation / demos.
  • Must be able to work independently, take initiative and follow through to provide excellent customer service.
  • Experienced in using CRM systems (specific experience of Salesforce would be ideal).
  • A willingness to undertake regular domestic business travel to meet with clients - this will sometimes require staying away from home (you will be home based with a nationwide remit).
