Our client is seeking a Lead Engineer to join their team on a long standing site based in North London on a permanent basis. A competitive salary and benefits package is available.
Lead Engineer
Salary: £45,000 + overtime
Location: North London
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure all Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) is carried out according to maintenance specification
Ensure all necessary documentation related to PPM, reactive, and breakdown tasks is completed and promptly submitted to the contract administrator.
Perform reactive tasks across the sites and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
Identify and document all plant failures using quotation forms, submitting them to the line manager.
Promptly address plant faults and defects to maintain the plant in a serviceable condition.
Conduct electrical testing and inspection of electrical systems.
Respond to equipment breakdowns or failures outside normal working hours (call-outs) and participate in the on-call rotation.What We Offer: We provide a competitive salary and benefits package, including:

Ideal Candidate:
Electrical City & Guilds or an equivalent qualification (Level 3 or equivalent)
BS7671 18th Edition
Ability to work under pressure
Customer-focused
Ability to manage the expectations of both customers and team members
Computer literate
