Job Requirements for this Pastoral Manager role:
Completed DSL (Designated Safeguarding Lead) training is essential

Use of own car with business use insurance for home visits is required

Strong background in pastoral care and student support

Ability to manage and support students' emotional and social needs

Excellent communication and organisational skills

Commitment to creating a safe and supportive environment for students

Reliability, positivity, and a solution-focused mindset
