Job Title: Head of Supply Chain

Salary: Up to £80k

Location: London

Work Pattern: Hybrid 2/3 days per week



This senior leadership role is all about taking charge of the entire supply chain - logistics, warehousing, and production - to drive growth and efficiency in a fast-growing business. Reporting directly to the CEO, you’ll lead key operational strategies, collaborate across departments, and play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s future during an exciting phase of expansion.



Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee supply chain operations, including forecasting, production planning, stock management, and procurement, while managing seasonal production schedules.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and align with growth objectives.
  • Optimize inventory processes using management software to reduce stock-outs and waste.
  • Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to meet current and future business needs.
  • Collaborate with finance, sales, and marketing to ensure smooth operations for production, launches, budgeting, and reporting.
  • Lead and mentor the operations team, fostering growth and a culture of accountability.
  • Continuously refine processes to enhance efficiency and scalability.
  • Ensure seamless delivery and high service standards for retail and online customers.



Ideal Candidate

  • 5+ years in FMCG operations and supply chain, with experience supplying major grocers.
  • Proven leadership in senior operations roles and implementing successful operational changes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a hands-on approach in high-growth environments.
  • Skilled in budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
  • Flexible and willing to travel for supplier meetings.
