Electronics Engineer Poole, Dorset | Permanent | Competitive Salary We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established UK technology manufacturer seeking an experienced Electronics Engineer to join their design and development team. The company specialises in safety-critical control systems and is investing in a new generation of innovative products. The Role You’ll work within a small engineering team designing electronic schematics, PCB layouts , and embedded software for a range of microcontroller-based products. The role includes prototyping, testing to industry standards, documenting development work, and providing technical support. Occasional UK site visits may be required. Key Responsibilities Design, prototype and test electronic products Develop embedded software (C/C++) Create technical documentation and updates Support internal teams and customers Contribute to ongoing product development About You 1+ year experience in electronic design Level 5+ qualification in Electronics or equivalent experience Strong C/C++ and Git skills Experience with STM32 or PIC microcontrollers Confident in schematic capture and PCB design Easy-PC experience beneficial but not essential Backgrounds in automation, control systems, or industrial engineering also considered If you're a motivated engineer looking to take ownership of exciting development work within a supportive team, we’d love to hear from you.
