We have a great opportunity for a SSOW/Access Planner to work on our Rail projects. You will be responsible for producing SSOW plans with appropriate planning, safety and performance measures applied, planning all access activities and managing the required resources, and maintaining accurate and detailed records of possession arrangements.
About you
Hold SSOW certification and able to use RailHub(OnTrac)
Able to use the new RailHub(old GZAM) system to plan line blocks
Able to navigate the Network Rail Possession Planning System
Strong organisational and management skills
Knowledge of the requirements and implementation of CDM regulations
Detailed knowledge of Safety, Quality and Environmental issues relevant to the project environment
Sufficient experience required in construction
Keep a record of packs that have been issued, accepted and returned
Ensure that SSoW planning process is undertaken in accordance with agreed company and Network Rail processes and procedures
Issue created packs to the designated Responsible Manager for authorisation
Forward authorised packs to either the named individual or supply agency for the acceptance of the pack a shift in advance by the named individualIf your past experience doesn't match perfectly with every requirement of the job description, we still encourage you to apply.
