**Location** : Working from home and reporting to the Solihull office, with
travel across the midlands
**Contract** : Permanent, Full Time – flexible and part-time hours may be

**Responsibilities**
As a **Senior Quantity Surveyor** , youll be working within the Natural
Resources team supporting them in managing the commercial aspects of schemes
between £5m-£20m in value on both clean and dirty water treatment plants.
These projects are of a civils MEICA nature, looking at upgrade and
resilience works of these established sites. The initial focus will be
supporting delivery of ECI phase 2 and the development and upgrades of a
wastewater treatment work site with packages in value of circa £100-£125m.
Your day to day will include:
* Managing the commercial resources (people and finance) of assigned projects to maximise planned gross margin through the placement and control of contracts and subcontracts
* Assessing, reviewing, and mitigating commercial and contractual risks
* Completing and supporting the authorisation and submission of project variations
* Maximising cash flow through the control, measurement (including quality) and valuation of work, and the invoicing of customers and payment of suppliers
**What are we looking for?**
This role of **Senior Quantity Surveyor** is great for you if:
* You hold a degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying
* Experience working with complex civil projects within the water industry.
