Senior Facades Estimator

Are you an experienced Senior Facades Estimator looking to join an established team in Buckinghamshire? Look no further We are working with a leading construction company known for their expertise in facades, and they are looking for a skilled professional to help them continue delivering high-quality projects.
Key Responsibilities:nProject Analysis: Review drawings, specifications, and documents to understand the scope of work for projects.nCost Estimation: Prepare detailed cost estimates, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.nBid Preparation: Develop and submit bids and proposals for potential projects and assist in negotiating contracts.nCollaboration: Work closely with other members of the team to achieve project goals and address any concerns from clients.nDocumentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed records of bids, estimates, and contracts, reporting to project teams when required.nSupport: Provide support to more junior members of the estimating team.
Ideally you will have:nExtensive experience in estimating within the construction industry, specifically facades.nStrong analytical skills with attention to detail.nExcellent communication and negotiation skills.nAbility to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
