Allicio are looking to recruit a Finance Analyst who will work with internal and external suppliers to maximise profits and manage the performance of specific products or product lines.

As Allicios Finance Analyst the success candidate will on a day-to-day basis:

- Drive business performance and optimise processes that contribute to Allicios success.

- Provide financial insights and analysis that will facilitate decision making and strategic business planning.

-Support the decisions made regarding initiatives and investments, whilst also identifying opportunities by developing and maintaining financial models.

- Monitor, analyse and present data relating to financial performance and compare this with budgets and targets to identify variances and recommend corrective actions.

- Work with internal and external colleagues to develop budgets, long-term financial plans, and performance metrics.

- Analyse COGs and work in ways that optimises margins across all product ranges.

- Develop and maintain a Pricing Policy and margin controls.

- Develop and/or collaborate on Investment Control measures against sales analysis and forecasts.

- Provide ad-hoc support to the finance department that facilitates the completion of annual, quarterly, and monthly reporting.

- Complete ad-hoc projects and work with colleagues to develop and improve financial processes and systems in ways that maintains/improves efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.

To be Allicios Finance Analyst the successful candidate will:

- Possess an appropriate and recognised qualification (e.g. CIMA).

- Possess a proven knowledge of new and emerging financial practices.

- Demonstrate a proven knowledge of the relevant regulations, reporting standards, and compliance.

- Possess a proven and strong analytical skill and the ability to interpret information and provide meaningful insights.

- Demonstrate proven and excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders.

-Be an advanced user of Microsoft Excel and financial modelling (e.g. EAP systems such as SAP/Oracle.)
