Quantity Surveyor - Prime Residential

Privately owned, established construction main contractor who have more than doubled turnover year on year for the past 3 years to c. £8m p/a, and are continuing to grow in a controlled manner.
The team are led by an affable and experienced director who has forged a solid brand and happy workforce with almost no staff turnover.
Their projects are typically single dwellings refurbishments from £700k to £3m in contract value. They are targeting larger projects going forward.
Their current Commercial Director has recently relocated overseas, so they now have a genuine opportunity for an experienced quantity surveyor to join the business and progress into a senior management/directorship role.
The successful candidate will be able to draw on the experience of the Commercial Director who will remain remotely involved in the business, before stepping up into a role leading the commercial function from the UK.
You will be tasked with estimating / tendering for new work, quantity surveying on live projects, ensuring strong cash flow and client satisfaction.

There is a very realistic opportunity to earn a 6 figure sum with the bonuses that are offered.
