Our client, a globally renowned EPC, has won several sizeable UK-based work packages; this is now driving an internal goal to increase the headcount and capabilities of their globally connected engineering centres.
On offer is a position for a Programme Manager looking for a high-value project working alongside the client-side execution team. This is an ideal role for an established management professional to successfully deliver a cradle-to-grave multi-disciplinary engineering project with an estimated value between £10M to £20M.
Any successful applicant engaged with the business will have the opportunity to progress short, mid and long term via the company’s global leadership programme, allowing you to develop and progress your career into further management and line management posts.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in engineering management to take up a long-term position within a global organisation that will invest heavily in your career development.
The Role
*Programme Manager
*Delivery of projects to time, cost, quality, and scope
* Identify and evaluate all technical, commercial and business risks and ensure they are understood by the project team and communicate any relevant risks to the client
* Ensure Safety, Health & Environmental protection are given the highest priority throughout the project and KPIs are met
* Define and approve the Project Quality and Execution plan
The Person
*Previous experience in managing programmes and projects on an operational client Site
*Good understanding of the EPCM process
*Strong stakeholder management skills
*Previous Experience in Project planning and delivery on a CAPEX projects within a similar
sector(Construction, Pharmaceuticals, Water, Oil & Gas)
