The Role
To provide an effective proactive Neighbourhood management service.
To be responsible for the management of communal spaces, facilities and HRA land within Babergh and Mid Suffolk Districts with a focus on the health, safety and the welfare of residents.
Support colleagues within the Housing Service to provide excellent customer service, resolve complaints and develop service improvements based on customer feedback.
The role will work across service areas and require a joined-up approach to achieve both the individual and team targets.
Develop a range of mechanisms to engage with communities and support them in making improvements to both the physical and natural environment.The Candidate
Valid Uk Driving Licence
Relevant Housing Qualification at NVQ4/HNC/Degree level or with experience of estate and Neighbourhood management.How to apply
