About the Role Providing technical support to both its customers and team of Sales Engineers you will assist pre-sale in the selection of products to best solve applications and post-sale with any assistance required to set devices up. An ever-increasing product portfolio makes this a varied, challenging but ultimately rewarding position within our organisation. Customer site visits may be required on occasion. Responsibilities Provide technical support to customers and Sales Engineers. Assist in the selection of products for pre-sale applications. Offer post-sale assistance for device setup. Conduct customer site visits as needed. Qualifications HNC / HND or degree level in electrical and electronic engineering Required Skills An Engineering graduate, who possess a sound electrical knowledge. Excellent communication skills Ability to work collaboratively with a team Preferred Skills An understanding of field bus systems Some entry level experience of PLC/ microcontroller programming Pay range and compensation package Competitive salary based on experience.
