Role Overview:
As a Contracts Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing planned maintenance projects within the Decent Homes sector. You will be responsible for ensuring that all contracts are executed to the highest standards, on time, and within budget. Your expertise will help us maintain our reputation for delivering exceptional service and results to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and oversee planned maintenance projects from inception to completion.
* Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
