IT Support Team Leader – Greenwich, London (Hybrid) - £40,000 to £45,000 Per annum + Bonus and £6,000 Car Allowance

We are on the hunt for a technically skilled Senior IT Support engineer with experience leading teams and managing projects including product rollouts and overhauls.

In this role you’ll be working on the delivery of IT support to team members across the business and operating in tandem with the international IT Support function with a base in Paris.

This is a Hybrid position with a standard arrangement being for 3days in office and 2days from home each week.

Responsibilities:nLead support team monitoring objectives, performance and achievementsnWork in collaboration with the Global Support InfrastructurenEnsure compliance with standards and maintenance of appropriate documentation for work undertaken on hardware, software, and networksnUsers support and workstation deploymentnCorrective and preventive work on multiple networksnParticipate and support local or global projects implementationsnSystem monitoring including Hardware fault and diagnosticsnMonitor, categorize, set priority of incoming tickets.nEnsure service or project issues are resolved or escalated within agreed SLAsnSupport for Microsoft related technologies including Windows Server, Exchange, SQL, SharePoint online, Office 365 and AzurenSupport for network infrastructure : WAN and LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, and securitynRemote access solution implementation and support : VPN and Remote Desktop ServicesnTechnical services and support of VoIP telephony solutions (Teams Phone)

Skills and Experience:nStrong experience dealing with Microsoft Servers, Microsoft Networks, desktop computing and medium-scale applications systemsnStrong fault finding and troubleshooting skillsnFamiliarity with all Microsoft technologies – Office 365, Azure, Windows 10, Server 2012-2019, AD, Hyper VnExperience with troubleshooting and managing VoIP telephonynOutstanding stakeholder communication skills and the ability to translate technical jargon into simple English when needednExperience managing projects and roll outs
