Credit Controller

Tradition is currently seeking to appoint a Credit Controller on a 12 month fixed term contract to be based within the London office.
Main responsibilities within the Credit Controller position include:
- Collection of client debt for business entities
- Reconciliation of outstanding debt balances
- Daily reconciliation of cashbooks
- Monthly closing off and setting up of cash books
- Accurate allocation and posting of cash received
- Resolution of billing issues
- Maintain excellent client and internal relationships
- Monthly delivery of invoices
- Journal Posting
- Month end Bank reconciliation
- Assist with internal and external audit requirements
Key skills, experience and competencies required to be successful in this role:
- Good Microsoft Office skills – emphasis on excel is essential
- Good Literacy and Numeracy skills
- Effective Communications skills both verbally and written is essential
- Audit experience & ability to help improve internal controls is desirable
- Good interpersonal skills
- Proven track record in carrying out responsibilities
- Ability to work as a team and independently
